"Excellent place to stay. Roomy and luxurious. Loved everything about our stay in Suite A. Will definitely stay there again. We thought all the lights were simply dim until we discovered each individual switch has a tiny dimmer slider next to it. Once we figured that out we were 100% happy. That’s on us. Definitely highly recommend this place. Close to everything but yet set back and quiet. "

"The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It had a bit of strong smell--not bad, just strong and somewhat spicy/woody. It is a wooden cabin after all so I'm assuming maybe it's from that. Overall great stay and very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't realize was that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room, but otherwise it was great. No complaints!"

"Our room was very nice size. We particularly appreciated the in m-room fireplace, though we spent most of our time by the fireplaces downstairs. Wish there was TV in the room, but not a big deal. "

"What a beautiful location. Deer were just hanging out around the property. You can sit out on your deck and listen to the river. Cozy cabins! Perfect for any occasion. My occasion was meeting my former beau for the first time in 10 years! And it's dog friendly!!"

"The house felt so warm and welcoming! Loved that it basically had everything that we needed for our hiking getaway. It was a quiet location and was very relaxing to come back too after a long day. So happy with our stay and anytime we come to Winthrop we will definitely want to rebook"
