"This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for ! It had a queen bed and a single bed , perfect for 3 of us. The rooms are not big , but we spent next to no time in them. The bed linens are clean and there is a nice modern bathroom. They also offered a really nice breakfast , consisting of bacon , sausages, black pudding , potato scone , mushrooms, beans , toast , fruit etc! What more could you ask for, for the price and location. You are a stones throw away from byres road and great western road. Very accessible to Hillhead subway to move around Glasgow. The only minor detail that annoyed me was they did not dust the top of the head boards, and the top of the tile ledge in the bathroom. The dust was annoying me so I did it myself! Other than that - location , comfort , price and breakfast were great! It’s not overly fancy so don’t expect 5 star amenities."

"Stated for one night with my daughter in a twin room, the hotel is quite dated (our bathroom looked like it had been updated) it was comfortable and I would stay again"

"Staff were very helpful, room booked was ‘deluxe’ however felt like a standard room. Breakfast was good, except on last day no chef, continental breakfast supplied, fresh fruit was nice, no nice breads just white/brown bread, no ham, very limited."
