I have stayed here before and it was better before. I was disappointed with a few different things. Upon arrival the desk clerk was pleasant. Asked where the cookies were and he said they had no paper to make them. The room was fairly clean. It was a 2 queen bed room and only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash clothes. Breakfast wasn't like I remember. Not much to choose from. A round egg and sausage patties. No muffins or donuts. There was something floating on top of the coffee. When I told the cook, she said yeah the machine is dirty and walked away. Wow.

The whole hotel is in general disrepair and overall cleanliness is lacking. The elevator is very slow and has several jerking motions (not very pleasant). The location is ok, it's close enough to restaurants and the freeway. The front desk staff seem confused about company policies and procedures and contradicted each other. This is a last choice option when nothing else is available in town. I would NOT willingly stay here again.

4th time here. One reason we come back is the breakfast. While your breakfast server is a delight, it appears that management is saving money by cutting out the premium breakfast that we have come to expect. Next time we will check the menu before reserving. We expected more than a bagel.

Room was not ready when we checked in, we were offered a different room or could wait. We opted to wait as it had a walk in shower. Disappointed we had a yapping dog in the room next to us half the night. Shower had hot water. Breakfast was adequate. Could have had better fruit selection and yogurt. Waffles were great. Eggs and sausage were good. Overall we would stay here again.

The room was clean and the facility was newly renovated so on the surface was nice. Toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, stained by insufficient cleaning. There was never more than one person at the desk, and he was gone a good bit. There weren’t enough chairs in the breakfast area, staff said chairs were broken and were ordered , but”it takes time.” He was unwilling to look for another chair from anywhere else. . We were three people in the room, but there were only two towels, one hand towel and one washcloth . King sized bed had just three standard pillows. Staff made us come down to the desk and pick up extra linens. They didn’t put it in a bag or anything, had to carry it up. There were no bedding items for the sofa bed. Had to carry all that up also. Doors in the pool area were missing hard ware, service was nonexistent. Biscuits in breakfast area were very dry and stale. Things appear to be reheated several mornings?

Hotel was filthy. We were only given 2 towels had had 4 guest. When we asked to have our towels replaced the first time we were told we had to wait for the laundry. When we asked a second time for four towels we were told we could only have 2. We were there 5 nights and had to ask for our room to get cleaned on the 4th day… came back that night and it still was never cleaned or sheets replaced. Gym equipment was next to non. Pictures hanging above all the breakfast have dust falling off them, Photos online make it look way better than it is. Our friends arrived the same day as us took one look at the hotel and switched hotels. I wish we would have done the same thing. Can’t wait to go home and actually feel clean. I feel like we totally over paid this place was gross. Having four people use the same two towels for 5 days with only replacing them once… unacceptable. Asking to have our room cleaned 1 time only to discover that never happened… unacceptable. Do not waste your money.

The hotel had recent updates which you could see. Our bathroom shower door leaked (no seal at the bottom of the door to keep the water from running out; had to double up towels to soak up the water). Not enough towels so had to go down to the front desk to request more. The sink in the bathroom, bowl sink, is just terrible. It's hard not to get water all over the countertop. That's not the hotel's fault but just a terrible design. Then there's the bed: So squeaky. I think the frame/mattress were coil springs and every time you would move it squeaked. Very annoying. Other than those few things, the location was great and very convenient and quiet (we did request a top floor so that helped).

Went to this hotel 3 or 4 years ago and loved it. This time around not so much. They no longer offer a shuttle service. The shampoo had fallen off the shower wall. When I plugged in my curling iron, the bathroom lights went out (I managed to fix it by myself because the front desk didn't), there was only 1 bath towel and washcloth despite the reservation being for 2 people, there was no bar soap on the sink. When I called down to the front desk via the room phone no one answered. I had to use my personal phone. The only nice things about this place is the bed was comfortable, we had a decent view of the capital and we were able to watch Netflix.
