Very pleasant staff. If you want more of a variety for food ,there are 2 very nice restaurants within walking distance. There was virtually no noise a night. All and all it was a very ,very good stay!

Everything was perfect for us. Room was super comfortable. When we arrived, there were no luggage carts and the gentleman running the from desk at about 6:00 pm on Friday took the time to go to one of the upstairs floors to find one. This was an exemplary display of helping us and it won't be forgotten. Thank you all!

This is a super convenient location, situated just off the interstate and within walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, and a Walgreens. What really stood out here was the front desk staff; everyone I spoke with was super helpful and accommodating.

The cobblestone at the entrance is a terrible surface to roll your luggage over. The entry way, front desk area and elevators have an obnoxiously strong scent. Otherwise, a great place, great location, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable and attractive rooms.

The hotel is ok and the staff seemed friendly. It was just my husband and myself. We asked for housekeeping and did not get it. There was no shampoo, asked and was told they would refill, never did. It was freezing in MS. Turned the heat on in the room only to come back to air conditioning. Was not happy there. Normally stay at the Embassy in that area and will go back.
