Staff are all very friendly and professional. The property was very clean. The rooms are very small. There is no closet, drawers are under the bed (good idea, but if you're older, they're hard to get to), a small table and folding camp chair hang on the wall for you to pull down to use. If the rooms were big enough to accommodate actual real furniture, this hotel would be perfect.

When you check into your room, and the person doing the check in describes the room (to you and the guests ahead of you) as "European and cozy".. you know it will be tiny, and it was. I like how they were setting expectations ( I'm assuming) on feedback they received . (way to go marketing department- 😉). Those words (European and cozy) are much nicer than tiny. Check in with friendly and quick. The room, was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was fine. I would never stay here if I was here for an extended period or work as the workspace was most nonexistent. There was a piece of Formica that popped out of the wall (desk), and what I thought was a luggage stand was more like a camping stool you would use as your work chair. Fie working, ergonomics were sub-par. There was no closet so you hung your clothes on the wall in front of the bed. As we were attending a wedding there wasn't a ton of space, but it did suffice for an overnight stay. The two areas that could use improvement, was staff check in with friendly and professional, except when they would talk to one other about other guests that you could overhear. Valet parking is the worst I have ever experienced. Even if it's a third-party, it's still a reflection on the hotel. Look for parking elsewhere. Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay. Its was convenient for the wedding venue, an average stay.

Super cool hotel, great staff - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The welcome glass of champagne was a nice surprise. Rooms are a not your typical hotel room, but artsy, warm, inviting. Only complaint was that the record player didn’t work. I believe the issue might have been a dead battery in the remote. It would have been cool to listen to the album we picked out upon checkin, but not a deal breaker. Great location, will definitely consider staying here when we visit MKE again.

We had no problem with the hotel’s philosophy of not offering many amenities that usually are included in rooms, but we were not happy the room rate was still equivalent to hotels that do have those amenities. The staff members were friendly and always made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean. One of the amenities we missed a lot was flat surfaces where we coul place some of our things.

The customer service lacked for sure overall ! The night bartender was great !! The room was clean but not anything impressive but was very reasonable price wise . The location was perfect for our concert . The bar was open late which was very nice to relax after the concert !!

Our room was clean, appointed with fun artwork that you can tear off and take with you. Didn’t use many amenities as we were in and out. We opted to park ourselves and it’s a short walk to the garage, so on a cold night it might be best to take advantage of the valet. The bar area is nice but it was busy and understaffed so we waited quite a while to be acknowledged. Once we placed our order, drinks were made well, the bartender was very nice but a bit overwhelmed and it showed.
