"The location is great, just about ten mins walk to the Plaza Mayor and Sol station shopping area and easily accessible to other major attractions like the Retiro park, Gran Via street and Royal palace by foot or subway. There are a hundred cafes and restaurants around to choose from. It was clean and the toilets and showers in the shared bathrooms feel private (the dividers go almost all the way down to the floor) and the ac in the private bunk bed room we stayed in worked fine. Only complaint is you hear ppl talking in the hallway and the doors slamming at night and at 7am.."
