Room was an attic, bed was positioned on the edge of the slanted ceiling so if you are not very careful you will hit your head a lot. Shampoo and handsoap provided are the same, make sure you bring your own toiletries including toilet paper.

Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)

The hot tub was not used. The apartment is like an attic of a house, and the hot tub is snugged on the 45 degree angle in the corner.. It’s almost impossible getting in and out if it. Don’t fear your hopes up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

すぐ横にカルフールがあり便利。部屋も広いし、エレベーターがあるのも良かった。 アパート入り口のドアが閉まるときの音がスゴくて、深夜まで出入りがありました。かなりうるさいです。 周囲はバルも多く、食べるのには困らないです。 先に違う場所に鍵を貰いに行かないといけなくて、そこに入るのに暗証番号が必要なので、メールを隅まで読んでおかないと。画像部分を見過ごしてて右往左往しました

FATALMENTE VERGONZOSO

Mucho cuidado con reservar en este Hotel. Te ponen que es de 4 estrellas y te mandan al de la acera de enfrente, tipo Hostal. En la descripcion del Hotel aparece Centro Wellness, bañera con hidromasaje 2 bares...y nada de eso. He reservado por 1 noche, 250€, 1 hab para 2 personas en un Hotel y no sé ni cómo se llama donde estoy en este momento. Edif viejo, en una hab sin ventanas, tiene 1 en el techo, para usar el jacuzzi que tiene el apto(que NO reserve), cobran 60€ extras. Para mas remate esta tarde me han mandado 1 correo diciendo que me han dado 1 Upgrade de Hab con terraza y vistas a la ciudad y lo que tengo es 1 claraboya en el techo. Llevo mas de 2h hablando con el equipo de Hotels.com y no hay solucion hasta este momento, sin mencionar que en el pago de la reserva sólo aparece el dinero en tarjeta pero mi noche gratis canjeda se desaparecio.

ce n'est pas un hotel 4 étoiles.

Nous avons été déçu par cet hotel, non pas réellement parce que l'hotel était décevant mais parce qu'il ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Il ne s'agit nullement d'un hotel 4 étoiles de prime abord. je lui en mettrai 2 voire 3, principalement du à son coté vetuste. Parmi les points négatifs, au dela du fait qu'il ne s'agisse pas d'un hotel 4*, * sur le site il est mentionné qu'il y'a un service de navette fourni par l'hotel. Nous avons contacté l'hotel et ce service n'est plus fourni depuis un moment. D'ailleurs auparavant ce service était fourni mais payant (des affiches existent encore dans les ascenceurs) et coutait plus cher que prendre un taxi... * Sur le site il est marqué que la chambre dispose d'un jacuzzi; c'est bien le cas, MAIS le jacuzzi EST PAYANT et à hauteur de 45€ par jour.... * Pour laisser ses affaires à la consigne (en attendant de récupérer sa chambre), il y'a des casiers sans surveillance et qui n'inspire pas vraiment confiance et il faut payer 2€. * L'hotel ne dispose pas de piscine * La deventure de l'hotel et les pièces communes font vraiment sales, le mur à l'entrée est cassé, la peinture n'a pas été refaite depuis des décennies. Dans l'espace consignes il y'a des flaques d'eau savonneuse par terre, comme si cétait le lieu ou les femmes de menage vidaient leurs seaux. 2 points communs malgré tout, la proximité du centre ville et le fait que les chambres (suites) soient spacieuses et les lits confortables.

the property they put us tries to apprar fancy with the art deco and jacuzzi but none of all that matters when you: -the furniture smells like piss. dirty sofa/furniture stains all over. lots of cracks or open spaces in the bathroom ceiling. makes you question security/privacy - the shower is in the jacuzzi which is kind of slippery and there are some jacuzzi water outlet right underneath the shower head. - the laundry wasnt there but it was listed as one of the amenities (kind of like false advertising imho) I can honestly put in more but this property is not worth more than the time I already put in.

Beware - Not a 4 star stay

This is not a four-star facility. The apartments are associated with the 4 star hotel up the street but that is it. No doorman. 2 euro to store your luggage in a locker off the entryway. No toiletries of any kind. When we called to ask front desk for hand soap was told it was only for hotel guests. The sofa was made of foam, full of stains, and falling apart. It was covered with a sheet to hide its defects. It was a frat house stay not 4 stars.
