It's a great hotel with walking distance to the train station,parks and the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and even went beyond duty and checked me in an hour earlier which was a blessing after a long flight.

Good location near Atocha but also right next to the major construction project . Check-in tedious in spite of doing it all online beforehand ! Hotel is clean , rooms fine. No bar, no real dining room, just cafeteria with pretty mediocre food ( staff very nice tho!)

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay while in Madrid. The hotel staff were so helpful in storage our luggage before check in. The room was clean, and big enough for my son and I. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Atocha station, and about 5 minutes walk to the Menéndez Pelayo metro station. All in all, if we are in Madrid again, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff had such a pleasant manner. When you are a sole traveler you often feel the emphasis is on tourist groups or conference groups. And safety, the foyer was well supervised.

We thought this was a very nice clean hotel. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast buffet was good, not great. The maître d was not friendly at all. The only problem we had was our key cards stopped working and we had to wait in line to get new ones. Most importantly after staying in two previous hotels where the A/C barely cooled, the AC worked great!

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Atocha Train station, el Parque Retiro, El Prado and only a few metro stops from Sol and other tourist attactions. The breakfast is a large buffet and at a reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
