Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Stay here!! It is wonderful

Our apartment was everything we had hoped for. We were travelling as three adults in the one family and so needed beds for us all and also preferred the flexibility of having a kitchen. The position was perfect! Walking distance to everything, but also very close to the transport network. We have loved our time here and wished we were here longer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend on to others.

Great!!! Beautiful and easy!

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, groceries, subway stations and many attractions. The apartment is even nicer than the photos, quite although on a busy street, clean , with everything you may need and more like the welcoming bottle of wine, chocolates ,water. The check-in is easy and communication with the staff smooth, Raquel was very helpful from the start. We had a beautiful experience in Madrid and our staying at Cava Baja Suites greatly contributed to that. Highly recommend it and definitely planning to come back! We liked everything!😊

Perfecto para pasar unos días en el centro de Madrid

Nos alojamos con mis 2 hijos mayores, y las instalaciones están muy bien. El apartamento es pequeño pero bastante cómodo, el sofá cama con 2 adultos está bien, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario y además hay como cortesia una botella de agua, otra de cava, bombones y té y café. La situación es excelente, el barrio tiene mucha vida y hay una gran oferta de restauración alrededor. Está muy cerca del Rastro y de la Plaza Mayor. El personal tanto de limpieza como Raquel, la anfitriona, han sido muy amables y responden enseguida a cualquier necesidad. Repetiremos, seguro
