Welcome to your new home in Villa de Vallecas.
This newly renovated space in Villa de Vallecas combines comfort and functionality so you can enjoy a pleasant stay, whether for work, study, or simply to experience the city peacefully. Located just minutes from Parque Cerro del Tío Pío, a green area offering tranquility and clear views, with excellent connection to central Madrid thanks to the nearby Nueva Numancia metro station.
With capacity for up to 6 people, the accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed, a studio with a double bed, and an additional double sofa bed. Both spaces are designed to make you feel at home, with wardrobes to store your belongings and areas focused on your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom is complete and functional, with all basic toiletries included, as well as bedding, towels, and a cleaning kit with detergent so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
For your relaxation, you’ll find a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study.
This accommodation is the ideal place to make Madrid your home for as long as you need, offering comfort and a perfect location to discover the city.

HOW TO GET AROUND
The apartment is located 200 meters from line 1, which offers direct connection to the center of Madrid.From the airport: take bus 200 at T2, stop 3542, get off at Avenida de América-Parque Avenidas. In Avenida de América you should take line 6 and get off at pacífico station, from there, take line 1 towards Valdecarros and get off at Nueva Numancia, the apartment is 200 meters away from Nueva Numancia station.
From Chamartín station:take line 1 towards Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia. From there, walk 200 meters to the apartment.
From Atocha station:you must take line 1 direction Valdecarros, which goes directly to the apartment, and get off at Nueva Numancia, there, you must walk 200 meters to the address of the apartment.
If you arrive by car, I recommend that you check the website of the city council of Madrid, because depending on your vehicle and your sticker you may be affected by different restrictions.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
