Very well-known for its popular festivals and the extroverted and friendly character of the people who live in it.The apartment is located very close to two of the best hospitals in the country, the Hospital de la Paz and the Ramón y Cajal Hospital, if you need proximity to them, it is an excellent option.Fuencarral-El Pardo is the name of a district belonging to the city of Madrid and administratively organised into the neighbourhoods of El Pardo, Fuentelarreina, Peñagrande, Pilar, La Paz, Valverde, Mirasierra and El Goloso.This district is the largest in area, but not the most populated.
