    Beautiful apartment on the 10th floor of an iconic building on Gran Vía, just a few meters from Plaza de España. Completely renovated, everything brand new, with unbeatable quality and every comfort. Stunning views of the Royal Palace from every room.



    The Space:

    The newly renovated 120-square-meter apartment is located on Madrid's Gran Vía, in an iconic building just a few meters from Plaza de España. The apartment features a wraparound terrace with stunning views of Gran Vía and the Royal Palace, La Almudena, and more. It's so central that you can walk to all the city's attractions.



    The building has three elevators and a doorman during the week.

    The apartment has three double bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other with a 150 cm bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a TV.

    It also has two full bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.

    Body wash and shampoo are provided.

    The apartment also includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a separate laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer.



    All rooms have individual air conditioning and Wi-Fi with exclusive 100 Mb internet access.

The location was excellent. It was close to multiple metro lines, on multiple bus lines, in the heart of Gran Via and a short walk to many of the city’s major landmarks, and a remarkable view of the Royal Palace from your own private balcony - this was a first time visitor’s perfect jumping off point. The unit was immaculate, offered comfortable sleeping and gathering space and multiple elevators meant you never waited long to get to the unit. The door to the building and the unit both easy to open via code, so no real need for keys. Communication was clear and quick. Would definitely stay here again.
