We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Madrid! Spacious and super quiet rooms. Walking distance to the Atocha Train Station and the metro. We certainly would return again.

Family rooms are facing the lobby which has an echo and it’s very noisy up until 2 am and on with the cleaning crew. Rooms are comfortable, food is great, good service.

Staff are very friendly, room is comfortable and sound-proofed, which is handy if you want to play music in your room (as you should - this is Hard Rock after all!) Food is varied and very nice, and hotel is also close to museums and not too far away from other places such as the Royal Palace.

Hotel was in a good location next to public transport & shops. Outdoor pool area was nice but small with only a few sun loungers. Only downside was the hotel itself was very noisy at night which didn’t go off until after midnight sometimes later on.

It was very well located and felt safe at all times. The staff was super nice since the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with a big smile and nice talk. Rooms are always clean and they would always change our towels. Breakfast was absolutely amazing so I definitely recommend adding it to your stay olus is very convenient.
