We stayed in a private room which was very clean with a simple but good private bathroom. The check-in desk was kind enough to store our bags before and after check-in/out (for €1) as we had weird transit times. It’s in a very walkable area within 10 minutes of great food/drinks/nightlife/transit and within 15 to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend for the budget traveller.

Great little stay here in a very clean n cosy double room. Great location, can also highly recommend the breakfast place down the street at Antón Martín metro stop. Perfect location and very helpful and kind staff. The only thing we missed was a little fridge. If we’re back in Madrid I’ll be back here!

Would stay again

Great for the price! Visiting in January, we had a very warm room, which was particularly appreciated. Good location with loads of cafes and bars around, easy access to metro. Can't comment on noise as I don't think it was that busy at the time - we just heard people opening their rooms from the front door. Overall 👍

The room and property itself were great, however there was very loud construction going on in the building that no one told you about and started early and went all throughout the day so I had trouble sleeping when needed. If not for that it was a great property

Would expect more for such price

Room was a bit small, the air conditioner didn't work, as the host said - they don't work in all rooms till June. It's a bit disappointing that room description says a/c, but it was not working. Room cleaning didn't always clean the floor, there was some hair on the bedsheets. Besides that, location is wonderful, comfort bed, reception was helpful, not always English speaking though.

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Pero no tiene desayuno, y es ruidoso por la cercanía de los cuartos y la recepción/elevador. El hotel ofrece lo mínimo en cuanto a amenidades.

Hostal centrico y tranquilo , donde estan la mayoria de lugares tipicos del centro de la ciudad a pie . Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor...etc Tambien tiene ascensor .

Te cobran por guardar maletas y no prestan el baño

Hola a todos, contarles mi experiencia Recepción en 2do piso, nadie te recibe, bulla no se puede dormir por los bares alrededor, pagas por guardar las maletas, no me quisieron prestar el baño al recoger mis maletas, no se si para los españoles es normal que no te presten el baño para una necesidad fisiológica pero a mi me pareció fatal, porque habiendo sido clientes deberían ser amables.....
