The place was conveniently located in Madrid and next to a metro station, however, a bad experience upon check in got us off to a bad start and the room was VERY small and cramped for the price. Bathroom and showers are individual and shared, no common space, more of a hotel than hostel.

Lo único bueno es que tienen recepción 24 horas y los recepcionistas son agradables a parte de eso todo es horrible. Me he quedado en hostales y residencias para ahorrar pero está es de lejos la peor administrada. Las toallas, sabanas, almohadas y manta están demasiado gastadas y dan la apariencia de estar sucias. Especialmente las toallas. Había una toalla descolorida y mas vieja que yo puesta en el suelo. El baño privado es el más pequeño que he visto en hostal alguno y la puerta no cerraba. Además estaba sucio. Si invierten un poco en comprar lo básico seguramente recibirán mejores reseñas. El televisor y ventilador funcionaban bien pero lo otro me parece ofensivo.

Es un edificio muy antiguo,los baños son compartidos,hay 2 para todas las habitaciones,llegamos a nuestra hora de entrada y la habitación aún no estaba lista,pero nos dejaron poder dejar las maletas.la habitación era una triple,bastante pequeña.las camas muy cómodas,nos tocó habitación con balcón, dormimos con el abierto por el calor que hacía,había un ventilador en la habitación,muy ruidoso,pero era más el ruido de la calle ,personal amable.
