I expected low budget but this place was awful. Very dirty. As 2 women we felt very uncomfortable with the people in the building. Children screaming late at night. Many unsavoury people hanging around. We did not feel safe, so we left and had to go somewhere else. The staff at the check in was nice.

The room was very clean and very spacious but the shared bathroom was a little run down. They did clean it daily but it needed an update. I did not feel completely safe in the surrounding area. The actual property seems liked a combination of a preschool and a homeless shelter. In fact there was a cafeteria that we were not allowed to eat in because it was only for people getting help from the Red Cross. It was very cheap though and worth the money.

Antes de realizar la reserva, este hostal es un centro de acogida a migrantes irregulares-No nos hospedamos, llegamos a hacer el checking y cuando vimos las instalaciones nos fuimos. Hemos pagado una noche sin estar. No se ni como explicarlo, había decenas de personas en el exterior y en la recepción, de diferentes nacionalidades, madres con hijos pequeños, ropa colgada a modo de tendedero, las chanclas en las ventanas, los baños olían repugnantes, el aire acondionado de la habitación no funcionaba. La sensación de inseguridad nos hizo decidir no quedarnos. Si a la hora de realizar la reserva te informan que vas a un centro de inmigracion (La Asociación Sin Papeles de Madrid denuncia que “es preocupante que Cruz Roja esté usando un hostal de carácter temporal como un centro de acogida”) tienes la opción de elegir, sino esto lo que es es una estafa, un engaño, ya que nuestra intención era la de ir a un hotel/hostal. Una vergüenza la falta de información, ahora veo decenas de noticias denunciando la situación de este lugar. No hay nada en contra de los seres humanos que desafortunadamente se encuentran en esta situación, mi denuncia es por la falta de claridad a la hora de vender la reserva.

이 가격에 이 정도면 훌륭하다. 지하철과 버스를 환승해야 하지만 마드리드 어디에서든 1시간 이내로 갈 수 있다. 그리고 장기 거주자들과 훈훈한 경험을 하기도 했다.

El hostal estaba bastante limpio, los baños son compartidos y los colchones son muy cómodos, para dormir una noche de paso por madrid esta Ok, pero si que es cierto que eso era un sitio para refugiados e inmigrantes pagado por la comunidad de Madrid, y que lo alquilan como hostal pero no lo es. ( te sientes como si estuvieses en un colegió público de la de niños que hay corriendo por todo el hostal, y de la distribución del mismo )

En la web de Expedia dice que este alojamiento tiene servicio de bar y restaurante y no lo tiene, además dice que la habitación era doble con baño compartido y tampoco es así, los baños son colectivos para todas las habitaciones. Exijo una indemnización, que se me devuelva mi dinero, estar en ese alojamiento fue un infierno, almohadas durísimas y ni un ventilador con la calor que hacía

ugly, industrial area

It's a refugee shelter. They aren't bad people, but they crowd the common area and use all the hot water. I had an absolutely cold shower. They clack loudly up and down the stairs with their plastic sandles. The WiFi doesn't work in the room even after paying extra for it. The hostal is in an ugly industrial area.

Hostal en las afueras para una emergencia

Reservé cama individual y me dieron un cuarto con 3 camas enanas y no muy cómodas por 36€, y sólo tienen baño compartido. Eso sí estaba muy limpio.

Déçu mais pratique

Le seul point vraiment bien c'est que le métro est proche parce que sinon les chambres ne sont pas vraiment propre les douches rn commun non plus, l'isolation acoustique est inexistant mais le chauffage trop présent et il faut préciser que le petit déjeuner indiqué dans l'annonce n'existe plus depuis longtemps.
