Excelente propiedad cerca de la gran vía solamente en nuestra estancia el a/c no servía lo reportamos vino alguien de recepción como no supo nos dio el avión lo bueno es que hacía frío. El desayuno pésimo pero como es en Europa raro de un hotel solamente el último día se desayuna ahí si tienes que tomar avión temprano.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a los lugares más emblemáticos, el personal siempre fue muy atento y amable, las recámaras son muy pequeñas y pudieron ayudarme a darme una más amplia, la limpieza de pronto no era lo mejor, se sentía que no barrían muy bien, es un hotel pequeño pero con un personal amable y una ubicación excelente

O Hotel fica em rua transversal a Gran Via e próximo às melhores lojas para compras, além de ser ponto de partida ideal para diversos roteiros turísticos no centro e bairros vizinhos. Cafés, restaurantes, bares e muito mais. Ainda contamos com a gentileza de um recepcionista que falava português e foi muito gentil conosco. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável e atendeu muito bem as nossas necessidades. Vale muito à pena!!

Hotel antigo e tem muitos quartos com longos corredores, mas está sendo renovado (percebemos obras de manutenção - fev/2026). Ótima localização (Gran Via), próximo a estação de metrô, lojas (Primark e Zara são praticamente em frente) e diversas áreas de interesse. Recepção cordial e prestativa. Limpeza do quarto muito boa. Roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Água quente. Quarto silencioso e com bom tamanho. Banheiro com louças e metais renovados. Espaço do café da manhã muito pequeno para o número de quartos, o buffet tem de tudo um pouco e há bastante reposição. O restaurante do hotel se recusou a emprestar dois copos de vidro para o quarto (disse ser "política do hotel").

De que adianta uma academia equipada se ela só abre às 10 da manhã? No horário dos passeios, fica inviável usar. Usava 5 da tarde mas era completamente sem sentido, cansado já. A Hoteis.com precisa melhorar suas descrições também e fornecer se a academia é 24/7 ou não ou se abre cedo. Escolhi pela academia e me decepcionei.

Great stay on our trip to Madrid. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. It is right in front of Grand Via. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. Always willing to help us. We will for sure be back when we come back to Madrid. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!
