A really good hotel option.

It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Great for visiting Madrid if you are driving

Hotel is in a good position as a stop over or a visit into Madrid. Free parking, good breakfast and our room was comfortable. The staff informative and gave us good advice re metro. Metro into Madrid easy to use, frequent and very cheap. There are several restaurants nearby and the lunch we had in the hotel was good. Would reccommend.

Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities. This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.

I come to Madrid regularly and stay in the Sercotel Rivas. I never had a bad experience Its clean, very friendly and professional staff and has a good restaurant . Metro station is 10min. walking distance.

A very pleasant one night stay on the journey from Santander to the Costa Blanca. Hotel was modern, clean and well located next to retail park with lots of eating options. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary bottle of carva on arrival was a very nice touch. Would certainly stay again on a similar journey and would highly recommend to others.
