Apartment for rent, located on the 1st floor of a protected building, in the neighborhood of Las Letras.
It is a cozy apartment with a modern and harmonious decoration. Ideal for those looking for a home in the center of Madrid.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated. There are two sofa beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of large capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.
The house has air conditioning.
Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

Nice apartment to see the sights of Madrid

Very easy checkin process and neat apartmwnt. The location was great for seeing the sights, although the days we stayed there was comstruction across the small street. Very nice to have 3 bedrooms and full 2.5 bathrooms for our family plus large area to hang out. Would recommend for tourists.

Fantastic Location and great space

This property is located central to everything. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants and most attractions. Apartment was very cleans d well equipped. Communication with owner was great and accessing the unit was very seamless. Would recommend as a great home location for Madrid centre.

Spacious flat in central location

The flat was very clean and as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with hot water running out, but only one time in the whole stay. Water pressure was very good. Location was exceptional. We walked everywhere - no need for cabs or public transportation except to/from airport. Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Madrid Family Vacation

Great house for our stay in Madrid. It was in a great location close to metro station but yet walkable to museums, parks, and restaurants. Apartment was nice and as advertised. Would definitely recommend for a family of 5. Owner even worked with us for an early check in to drop luggage and change to get a full first day of city exploration in after our flight arrived late morning. We had a great time.

Good space but a little tired

Overall, the apartment was nice. Furniture in the living room is a little tired and bedrooms are smaller than they appear. Location is great and easy to walk to lots of things. It was clean but felt like a wipe down vs a deep clean.

This was a great property. It was a group of seven adults and we all had space but this could do for a family trip as well. The instructions for entry were given to us before we left and were easy to follow and the location was perfect. You’re right in the heart of the city centre near a lot of attractions, transport and there’s plenty of food and drink options around. For the price we paid it was absolutely ideal and I’d recommend it. If we were to come back to Madrid we would look up this property first as it ticked every box for us.

The location gave us easy walking access to museums, tapas bars, Plaza del Sol, and all the street energy of Madrid. Comfortable living room to gather, quiet sleeping. Kitchen was small and efficient. Not equipped for major meal cooking, but easy for breakfast and snacks. Host was accomodating.

Superb Madrid

This was easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed while travelling through Spain. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised. The rooms were set up so that you can’t hear the hustle and bustle of the street while you sleep! Centrally located… easy to get to everywhere! Highly recommend if you are travelling with your family!

Great location

We felt this place was very central and close to many attractions. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and grandma got her own room. We could easily walk to many popular destinations. There was no clothes dryer, but there was a laundry place was right across the street and was open 24 hours. There is some construction going on nearby, as the owner notes, but it was only during weekdays and not at night. We would recommend this place for similar groups.

Lovely and comfortable apartment

This was our fourth rental in Spain and the absolute best. The apartment is spacious, charming, clean, and has new, comfortable mattresses. It’s a short walk to Puerta del Sol in one direction and the museums and El Retiro in the other. Nerea was a wonderful host. She quickly responded to questions and gave us all the information we needed well in advance of arrival. We hope to stay here again soon.

Clean and sufficient

Overall, it fit our needs. It was relatively close to several of the major attractions. I did feel it was strange when they asked for a copy of my passport and required we sign an additional contract with an extensive itemized list of everything in the house.
