Idyllic home in the center of Madrid

Apartment for rent, located on the 1st floor of a protected building, in the neighborhood of Las Letras.
It is a cozy apartment with a modern and harmonious decoration. Ideal for those looking for a home in the center of Madrid.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated. There are two sofa beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of large capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.
The house has air conditioning.
Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

Crib available. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is the possibility of early check in and late check out, please contact us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 295€ is charged. Once the apartment has been checked, if it is in good condition, it will be returned.

The location was great! The apartment was spacious for our family. It was located on the first floor with an elevator so minimal stairs for my kids and older parents. The bedrooms were very comfortable. It does seem they spend as little as they can on the furniture though. Two of the dining chairs were broken. It was difficult for my husband to get into the apartment. The lock is old and has a certain way you need to open it, which would be nice if that was communicated ahead of time as the response time wasn't quick.

The apartment is beautiful, with every comfort. The street was quiet, even on the weekends, but close to everything we wanted to do. We felt safe at all times, and there was plenty of room for our group of 5.

I recommend the property

It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful location..few hiccups in furniture like some chairs were not sturdy and the WiFi not very reliable except near the router. Otherwise I definitely loved the location and the apartment .

Great place in the heart of Madrid

Spacious floor unit a few blocks away from Gran via but far enough from the hustle & bustle. The check in process was seamless , the floor itself was spacious with great open common areas .I think the place itself is great , my only recommendation would be to have more plates , glasses, kitchen supplies, a coffee maker etc .

Nice apartment in great location

Our stay was pleasant overall. The apartment is nice and spacious and in a great location in Madrid. We had a slight hiccup in receiving the lock box code to enter the apartment upon check-in. Additionally, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Upon letting the host know about this issue, they promptly arranged for a cleaning person to come back the next morning to finish the job which we appreciated.

Spacious flat in central location

The flat was very clean and as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with hot water running out, but only one time in the whole stay. Water pressure was very good. Location was exceptional. We walked everywhere - no need for cabs or public transportation except to/from airport. Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Good space but a little tired

Overall, the apartment was nice. Furniture in the living room is a little tired and bedrooms are smaller than they appear. Location is great and easy to walk to lots of things. It was clean but felt like a wipe down vs a deep clean.

Great location

We felt this place was very central and close to many attractions. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and grandma got her own room. We could easily walk to many popular destinations. There was no clothes dryer, but there was a laundry place was right across the street and was open 24 hours. There is some construction going on nearby, as the owner notes, but it was only during weekdays and not at night. We would recommend this place for similar groups.

Excellent location, plenty of space, ideal accommodation

This was a great property. It was a group of seven adults and we all had space but this could do for a family trip as well. The instructions for entry were given to us before we left and were easy to follow and the location was perfect. You’re right in the heart of the city centre near a lot of attractions, transport and there’s plenty of food and drink options around. For the price we paid it was absolutely ideal and I’d recommend it. If we were to come back to Madrid we would look up this property first as it ticked every box for us.

Very nice

The apartment was very convenient and located very well in the city. We were able to walk everywhere. There was some noise because of construction, but that didn't bother us. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable

Great Location

Great location - walking distance to a number of Metro Stations, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. Check in was seamless. Apartment was spacious. It was a good surprise to find out that a Smart TV was available in the Living Room. Kitchen was functional. It was great that we were able to enter the apartment earlier than the allowed check in time. We did get a warning that that there is on going construction in the front of the building but the noise did not bother us that much. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Nerea for a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Madrid Apartment

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well- located apartment. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Transit, restaurants and stores were nearby. Our host, Nerea, responded promptly to any requests such as for extra toilet paper. Construction is still ongoing across the street and can be quite noisy during the day, but the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so sleeping was comfortable. It is not a quiet neighbourhood but that is to be expected for such a central location. The apartment was clean with the exception of the floor behind the bathroom door. It is a very roomy apartment. We were 4 women and appreciated having our own beds and 3 bathrooms. Note that although the bedrooms have windows, they provide some air but no views. They look into the inner complex. However we spent our time in the livingroom and used the air conditioning if we found the street noisy. We found the apartment lacked some amenities such as paper towels, extra dish cloths... And a few basics such as a kettle, salt and pepper, spices, cooking oil... would have been nice. As we stayed several days, we cooked some meals and these basics would have been useful. Overall, we were quite happy with our apartment.

Great location, Unclean

Pros: the location is great - it is central to all attractions and the metro. Check in was seamless and easy with the non-contact lockbox. Cons: The apartment was not clean. Specifically the beds did not seem to have clean sheets (there was hair and lint everywhere) and one of the beds smelled like urine and had a stain both in the mattress and the sheets. There was no mattress protectors. Additionally, the ground was dirty throughout the apartment.

Wonderful experience!

The property manager was extremely helpful with all of our questions and requests. The property is situated within walking distance of anything you might need and was in perfect condition for our family of 5. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Location and great space

This property is located central to everything. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants and most attractions. Apartment was very cleans d well equipped. Communication with owner was great and accessing the unit was very seamless. Would recommend as a great home location for Madrid centre.
