The room was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating - they brought extra towels quickly when requested. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of the stay. The food was so fresh and delicious and the dining room was beautiful.

Fantastic welcome to a hotel in a central location. Quiet room, we chose a small room which still felt luxurious. Shower amazing! Water in room on arrival and excellent breakfast. Felt boutique and personal.

5/5 Excellent hotel in Madrid! Very clean, great wifi, amazing location near all tourist areas, and delicious breakfast. The staff were wonderful, especially Kholia and Katrin at the front desk. We will definitely come back!

The location was excellent and our room was comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have a “real” door on the bathroom door, as the room was small, and with the glass door it was very hard to give any other person in the room privacy when they were going to the bathroom

The staff was very friendly and helpful about recommending places to eat, calling us taxis, etc. The breakfast was good. The room is generally very nicely designed but there are a few things that are kind of weird. The bathroom has a glass door you can see through. As you walk toward the bathroom the bathroom light comes on. With that and the glass door it is hard not to flash a light on another person in the room who might be sleeping.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Rooms are spacious with a modern decor, beds are very comfortable .Beautiful bathroom with a good shower. A/C is working well. Breakfast is good. Located on the pedestrian street close to shopping and restaurants .We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to all the great stuff that made it happen.

Rooms cleaned daily, excellent AC, amazing water pressure in the showers. Rooms were dark - but this is a part of the hotel’s aesthetic. Central and busy location, lots of food and drink options around. If you prefer something quieter don’t stay here!

The hotel is in a great location. It’s clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. I was worried it would be noisy because the street downstairs is a busy one but we didn’t hear anything, it was very quiet. We loved the place. :)
