A very elegant hotel with very good staff. However, our toilet ran after flushing which was annoying and the cot we were given was well worn and somewhat uncomfortable. Given the price of this hotel - very expensive - there can be no mistakes which unfortunately was not the case.

Pool was great and relaxing, staff were very attentive. Hotel was very nice and our room was really clean and we enjoyed the extra detail of the evening room change over service. The staff went out of there to do something nice for my birthday, which was very kind. Thank you, The Madrid Edition. We would come again.

A very trendy, modern, and stylish hotel. The best part of the stay was definitely the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast team, who were fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent. The only issue I had was with room service. Every time I called, no one answered the first time, so I always had to call more than once. The location is also a matter of preference. Personally, I don’t love staying in the city center as I find it a bit too busy and chaotic, but that’s just my personal taste. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel! Best Edition I’ve ever stayed.

This hotel experience was elevated and one I will surely repeat. Location was excellent, very walkable to numerous tourists site and local restaurants.
