A quiet, idyllic river sanctuary

Idyllic and very quiet, perfect for couples retreat. Staff is friendly and engaging. We had a really good time there just lounging by the pool and watching Ping river during golden hour.

We had the best stay at Raya Heritage. The room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality and taste! What we appreciated the most was the attentive and thoughtful service, and small touches in the check-in experience, turn down service and dining service that made the stay even more enjoyable.

This property is a centered on the cultural mix from the neighbouring countries and created this unique blend of food culture. The overall service is superb and they are very nice to each guest. I truly love the handwritten and handmade birthday card from Bank (staff). The only thing that probably requires improvement is the walkway to our room where the outdoor brick road is slippery with algae and there is no shelter as well. It rained 2 days during my 5 days stay and it was inconvenient especially with shopping bags. Otherwise, perfect.

This is a nice and quiet stay in chiang mai, our room was lovely. However there were several minor details that my partner and I found irritating. For one, it was raining a bunch during our stay and the hotel is indoor/outdoor style with extremely slippery tiles. It was difficult to walk to our suite. Also, the staff is over attentive. They kept showing up and checking in as if we were clueless, it was difficult to be left alone. Finally, on our day of departure, they immediately checked our room and demanded we give back the slippers we wore during our stay that were complimentary. They reuse the slippers for other guests. (About $3 usd) it was a pretty tacky way to end our stay. Overall, the food is phenomenal and it was very relaxing. They do provide a shuttle to chiang mai old city but we also took cheap cabs which were fine.

客室、スタッフ、設備、サービスは高級ホテルらしい素晴らしさです。特にバルコニーは最高でした。ただ仕方のないことですが、ホテルの対岸が工事？をしており本来なら緑の中ピン川を望む景観だったのでしょうが、全て木が刈り取られ、残念な感じでした。工事が終われば植栽されるかもしれませんが、現時点では2階のお部屋の方が良いかもしれません。
