Staying at Maebashi Galleria did in fact feel like I was spending the night at an art museum. I enjoyed that atmosphere very much, and I was happily impressed by the prompt email communication with the staff. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected.

食器やまな板などが黄ばんでいたので使うのを躊躇してしまいました。定数通りのカトラリーもありませんでした。ハンガーは2階のお部屋に2つずつあったので使わせていただきました。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは使い捨てでした。

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...
