"Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons. Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations. No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels. Other than that, it was quite nice."

"The apartment was large and in a good location. The unit was well loved but clean. Not sure if it had hot water in the upstairs shower. "

"no windows, small rooms, no water or anything. No soap. wasted space with lobby. should have use it for the rooms instead."

"We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable."
