"Two basic single rooms, small en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of a wall/garden. Stayed in October and the heating came on automatically so rooms were warm and cosy. Very quiet overnight though we were at the back of the hotel. The shared terrace at the front had beautiful views over the lake and plenty of tables and chairs. "We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay. "Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake."
