The service and people was very nice and good service. The room and hotel needed a big renovation and the rooms as well. It was very dirty at the sea with trash laying around and a lot of seaweed on the beach. It’s a very touristy place but not a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches at Seychelles as we the sea was rough do the the western winds.

Dirty and lots of ants in the room

I hate to leave a bad review but on this one I can’t really help it. We only stayed one night but even for the short amount of time, we did not have a good experience staying here. First of all, not clean when we came. There were a lot of black hairs in the bathroom. Then when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. So I ended up having to take a cold shower in a dirty bathtub. Since we were only staying one night to catch our flight the next morning, I figured I wasn’t gonna say something. But when I saw there was hundreds of ants crawling up in our ceiling by the bed, I couldn’t help it. We got a new room and the lady in the reception was nice but still - I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to, especially not for a vacation.

Coco D’or

Sängen som vi fick efter två dagar var hård som ett bord. Maten är prisvärd och bra lagad men rummen är i behov av att rustas upp. Man får räkna med attan ser de mindre ödlorna i dessa länder men vi hade en inne i rummet konstant som ger av sig ett ljud någon gång då och då. Den sista veckan var vi borta fyra dagar och vid vår återkomst tog vi in på ett annat hotell ner för gatan som var mycket bättre och även renare. Vi bokade detta i en rush och jag skulle inte rekommendera att bo där mer än en natt.

A fairly basic three star hotel in a very good location. Room clean but with simple old fashioned furnishings. Staff friendly and lunch/dinner menu food good. Breakfast buffet a rather modest offering. The hotel is a short walk from Beau Vallon beach and numerous hotels and restaurants. Coco D'Or is a good value - Seychelles good value - base in one of the busiest and best parts of Mahe.

Needs updates to keep up with modern hotels.

Hotel room aircon not working toilet seat broken and stained leaking basin sink bed needs new mattress staff nice but need to be attentive to guests as lots of choice around island overall I would rate this as 3 stars staff told us that refurbish is due pool area towels and glass bottles left around.

Basic accomodation close to beach

Friendly staff. Welcome drink was a plus! Taxi from airport was arranged from the hotel and costed 40€. Room was ok and there was daily cleaning service. Pool area was quite small and you need to make some re-decoration with the chairs if you wish to sunbathe there. In public holidays not that many restaurants are open in the close by area at evening time. Hotel had ok Chinese kitchen and pizza was also available. Good accomodation for low-medium budget travellers.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Seriously Is worst hotel I stayed others. Here staff will charge you again and again even if you already paid for room and breakfast. They want money or what. Really I don’t get it how can do like that. And also Food is really bad. If there not many guest, they won’t prepare Breakfast. Wifi is never working on it . Can’t use for 5minute. Keep disconnecting. I came for enjoy but waiting time loose my time bcz of foolish staff who don’t know how to work.They are really rude. Worst super worst.

No recomiendo este hotel para nada: antiguo, decadente en todos lo sentidos, malísima relación calidad-precio (caro). Engañoso: dicen en la página que hay wifi gratuito y no es cierto, tuvimos percance desagradable por esta falsedad. No tiene atención para info turística (excursiones, actividades)... En mi opinión deberían de anularlo de sus ofertas en la web
