"Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear. "Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time. When asked to leave, they did. ...

"The property directions were inaccurate. Of 2 towels provided, one came with large stains, didn't feel comfortable using. The patio in front of the unit was used by the cleaning crew everyday to do their works, so unusable for the renters....other than that, the unit was okay."
