Easy stay with clean rooms close to the highway. However, it is located in an industrial park with limited amenities without a car. They have recently changed their parking policy to €6 per day which should be included with the room as there is no way you can get there without a car given its location (we only booked there for free parking, before this new policy came in, so it was an unwelcome surprise). Reception staff dull and would rather be elsewhere. Would not stay again.

The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.

Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive.

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Un soggiorno valido per visitare l'Europa Park, ma con un paio di inefficiencze. La struttura rappresenta una buona base di appoggio, tuttavia la gestione del servizio in camera è risultata discontinua. Il primo giorno, nonostante la nostra chiara richiesta, la stanza non è stata pulita, un disservizio che è stato sistemato solo la giornata successiva. Per quanto riguarda la logistica, il parcheggio dell'hotel ha un costo di 8 euro al giorno, ma è possibile lasciare comodamente l'auto gratis nella zona industriale appena fuori dalla struttura.

Super Fammilienzimmer. Endlich mal ein Hotel mit Zimmern für Eltern und Zwei Kinder. Die Dichtungen an der Dusche könnten mal getauscht werden und die Abdeckung einer Lampe fehlte. Sonst alles super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein typisches Hotel für die Durchreise. Wenn man ein bett und eine Dusche braucht ist alles ok, mehr erwartet man wohl auch nicht. Der Empfang könnte freundlicher sein (alles eher anonym und technisch) und unter dem bett suagen gehört wohl nicht zu den Aufgaben des Hausdienstes.
