Clean room. Friendly staff. The room did not have the amenity of a fridge, and while there are ice machines in the hall, the room did not have an ice bucket. Unfortunately at about 8:30 pm, the smoke detector started making a static noise that carried on through the night. Had it been earlier, I would have asked for a different room or for it to be looked at, but the time of evening didn't seem practical for either. I would stat there again but prepared for a small lack of typical conveniences.

This property just changed hands, and IHG Garner has done a beautiful job bringing every aspect of the property up to 5 star standards. It's all clean and new. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, although not as extravagant as some other hotels in this price tier.
