"Long wait to check in due to lack of staff and slow computer process. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and the road was very noisy. Good location for Heathrow."

"This hotel was cheap and in a good location with convenient parking at a reasonable price. Given the price, we were overall pleasantly surprised with the room. It was a good size and had a fridge. The breakfast was available at a nearby cafe and was freshly cooked to order. For London prices, it was too cheap to believe and tasty. The only negative is that we found the bedding a little itchy and felt the mattresses could have been more comfortable."
