Very disappointing

It was very unclear where to find the key pick-up spot, the apartment smelled of gas, there were stains on the floor, the bed was the worst quality.

Property was clean and pleasant. Everything was there that I needed. Only pain was picking up my keys from a different location.

Difficult to find location with no signs, self-check in process involves collecting keys from a mile away in the city centre even though purpose of booking this apartment was that it is near the railway station, old apartment with a large amount of mould in the washing machine and smelly fridge, and poor experience with Esa overall who did not pick up call to their ‘emergency out of hours’ phone number at 7:15 in the morning.
