Restaurant was lovely though it closed early due to short staff. That was a blessing in diaguise as we went to a loval Italian which was amazing. "Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood. "
