"The housekeeping was five-star, but the room furniture was barely adequate. I understand there is renovation in progress, but there was almost no furniture in the sitting room and the sofa was impossible to get out of. It was almost impossible to get to the window side of the bed, with no lamp on that side. The whole arrangement looked like no one had thought about it. I actually pulled a table in from the hallway so we could eat pizza while we watched the ballgame on TV..and to top it off, the power drills started making noise about 9:30 AM...shame in you, Hilton. We are regular customers!"

"Shower walls had dirty handprints and the shower would not close because both doors were weighted to the same side. The curtains in the room were broken so they wouldn’t fully close. There wasn’t a physical front desk attendant to assist with anything and the staff did not speak English making it very difficult to communicate needs. Will not book here again."

"Stains on sheets and towels, no breakfast but I’ didn’t expect it at that price. Sketchy motel and dirty outside and inside the carpets are horrible. Ppl yelling and up at all hours through the night. But again cheap so can’t expect much."
