"Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures..which is amazing!!! Great location just north of Kona and south of the good beaches. Perfect for avoiding any traffic but still close to all of the amenities. The sunsets from this place are amazing! Which brings us to the generously sized lanai that faces the ocean and those sunsets. We spend many a pleasant evening relaxing and just enjoying outdoor dinners. Also really appreciated the hosts responsiveness and friendliness. Very easy to deal with and I always had the feeling we were well taken care of, and a priority. Sometimes you stay at places that make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Not in this case, Janie is definitely a A 10/10 host. Anyway thank you so much for sharing this amazing place! "The house was absolutely wonderful, enough room for 10 kids and 6 adults. Was a little concerned at first about no air conditioning but it was no problem at all. The trade winds kept it cool with the windows open. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, enough dishes for all of us. The only thing that we might suggest is to get a griddle, we had pancakes a couple of times and making them in frying pans was time consuming, but there were 3-4 of them so we did manage. The book of information and tips was very helpful on beaches, farmer’s markets, restaurants and things to do. Overall we had a wonderful time and lots of memories were made for the cousins. We will recommend this property to anyone who asks. "
