"It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean."

"It was great that it was pet friendly and reasonably priced. We have stayed here a few times. Our only complaints are the unit was very smelly (musty & stale cigarette smoke). We also had told them on our previous visit that the jug leaked all over the bench but yes it was still leaking this visit."
