“Hello sunshine!” is what we quite often say here at Villa Zvizdan. That is because we are located in Makarska, a town that gets 2.750 hours of sun each year. Our villa, designed by renowned local architects, was inspired by its Mediterranean surrounding, the mountain of Biokovo, the Adriatic Sea and its many islands.

​When we built this place, we wanted it to become a starting point for experiencing the full beauty of the Adriatic coast that we love so much. Apart from deluxe accommodation, we offer our guests local tips on how to make the most out of every day they spend here in Makarska, one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia. Because besides sunshine, this town and its surroundings are full of hidden gems. Visit us and we will make sure you experience the very best of them.
Our accommodation consists of two luxury villas. Each villa is a separate object with its own swimming pool as well as three 20 square meter bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, spacious living room and a terrace with a fireplace. The capacity is 6 + 2 persons in each villa.

Both villas are equipped with a 8 x 4-meter swimming pool, outdoor barbecue, high speed internet, air-condition, satellite TV, washing machine and baby cots. Free parking is available right in front of the villa.

House rules:
• The accommodation unit is at your disposal starting from 16:00 on the day of your arrival till 10:00 on your day of departure.
• Towels are included in the arrangement and each guest is daily provided with one large, two small and one medium-sized towel.
• Pets are allowed in the accommodation unit.
• During the stay loud parties and/or loud/noisy music are not allowed. Please be considerate towards your neighbors, since they would like to enjoy in peace and quiet.
• Since the region 'Veliko Brdo' represents an oasis of quietness and enjoyment in the sounds of nature, we kindly ask you to be a model to your neighbors in valuing peacefulness and respecting the town regulations on noise during the hours between 2 and 5 pm and after midnight. Enjoy in the chirping of the crickets and in the roosters wake up calls, which can be rarely heard in the rest of Europe.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and, for security reasons, lighting candles is also forbidden. We thank you in advance for following these restrictions.
• We kindly ask all smokers to use other spaces (terrace) for smoking, and to keep an ashtray at hand.
