The first bathroom in the room was dirty with hair on the floor. The second bathroom in a different room was also had a foul odour. Both bathrooms had the same odour. May be because of the ventilation or the pipe under the sink. other than that the entire stay was a positive one.

Nice hotel to stay at. Provides shuttle bus and drives are friendly. Sometimes the bus does come late.. but gets you to and from safely. Hotel staff are friendly.

The hotel locations is very good for shopping like Bin Daood and General street plaza and restaurants like Alromansia. The hotel have shuttle 24/7 to Harm. Thanks to all staff at the hotel for great job and special thanks to Aza in front desk for hard work.

We stayed there for three days there was some noises and no one camed to change our towels and cleaned our room The Room a bit smaller than what we expected same goes for the bed , beside that the location is Okay it takes around 15 to 20 min to reach Haram with traffic and there is nice restaurants around

I loved the hotel in general, it has good vibes. Male receptionists and were great, especially A.Rahman. Al Hemari. The room was small for three people, the WC was wet a bit but I would go again to this place. The door guards were nice too.
