Rooms very good. Dinner very good. Breakfast good. Is a bit far from the Haram. Can take 45mins plus to get there. But if you plan it then its fine. I stayed for 3 days.

Mostly courteous staff all around, rooms and beds are slightly above average. The hot water runs in the rooms for about 3.5 minutes before running out of temperature, so chop chop when you hit those showers!

It was a very pleasant except for one major flaw, the room was always dark so you can never tell the difference between day and night. We had the lights on all day. Other than that it was a really great stay. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet with so many delicious options and very pretty rooms.

“Cleanliness is poor. Even in 2026 they still have 2G Wi-Fi. Sometimes the internet works, but most of the time it doesn’t. Room service is bad. Overall rating: 2 out of 5.”
