Awsome property! Nice staff! Stayed two times within 3 weeks and chose this hotel both times close to haram. Shuttle service is a joke but taxi is cheap 20 riyal one way at your convenience 24 hours.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The reception staff are five stars however, the room service is horrible. I have never stayed in a hotel with this bad room service. I hope they work to improve that because everything about the hotel is good.

Good for a quick short visit

Rooms are big and not cramped. Amenities are good, and breakfast checked the box in the right ways. Only complaint would be that they didn't have a shuttle - July 2024. I had assumed they will also have one for prayers times, but they didn't and this adds up Taxi costs to the Haram.

Overall very good place in comparison to hotels inside clock tower because they cost you a fortune and are very dirty and have old furniture and you don’t feel like staying in 5 star hotel but this is very clean and nice hotel only thing is you have to take shuttle to reach haram. There shuttle is every 30 minutes to an from haram and you don’t have to wait much.

I had five separate bookings for different groups arriving at various times. Bayan from the reception team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, even though some of them arrived before the official check-in time. She treated each of them as if they were her personal guests. I’m writing this comment to acknowledge and appreciate her efforts and cooperation.

it was very good. room and shower was amazing clean and big room space. its not walking distance to haram. free shuttel bus every 30min. but from haram simetime no shuttel then we pay for taxi many time around 20-25 ryal every time . also shuttel have break daily 12:30-1:30. day and night

Review for Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah, and I must say it’s an excellent hotel. The property is neat and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. If you book early, you might secure a great price, making it a fantastic value for money compared to hotels closer to the Haram. The location is a bit further away, but that’s a positive in many ways—it’s away from the hustle and bustle, so the nights are peaceful. Taxis are easily available right outside and cost around 20 SAR to the Haram. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, I didn’t use it during my stay. A special mention goes to Bell Captain Sharif. His professionalism and exceptional service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist me and was always available with a smile. His impeccable manners and willingness to help made my stay even more pleasant. Sharif is a true asset to the hotel! Overall, Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah is an excellent choice for those looking for a clean, quiet, and reasonably priced place to stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room. Very clean. No complaints when it's comes to the property. Only issue is that the service is slow. I called room service a bunch of times, they either don't pick up or if/when they do, they are not prompt with providing the requested things. The last few calls I made, they ignored my requests.

If you driving, then its best hotel to book in Aziziya and its only 15min drive in normal traffic to go to Haram.
