The apartment was an excellent base for a stay in Malaga. A short walk to shops, bars and restaurants in the Old town. And a little further to the port, beach and train station. The apartment had all amenities required including complimentary toiletries. The spa on the ground floor was bliss. Private hire for 1 hour at a reasonable price made the stay terrific. The only downside of the stay was that the walls were very thin and so lots of noise from other apartments or movement in the hallway/stairs.

Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use. Walking distance to museums, port and cathedral.

Great place in an excellent location. Some downsides though include: weak air conditioning, faulty keypad for the room and when messaging to say I was locked out it taking ~40mins to respond (in the daytime). Lastly it would’ve been good to have a lamp in the living room because the ceiling lights were pretty harsh.

We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30. It was a 15min walk from the sister hotel to Spa Del Palacete. Imagine doing this with suitcases you need to log around. It was a bit of a hassle! also there were no luggage rack in the rooms and no drying rack for clothes (if you washed).

They contacted me too late. Then the door combination was faulty it took almost an hour to get in room. The a/c did not work properly. The was a SEWER smell in the room for a few days. This was the most inconvenient and stressful vacation stay

Such a great location, walkable to everything, including the train station and all the local sights. Shops and small supermarkets right in the doorstep, however it also managed to feel tucked enough away to not be noisy in the evenings. Beautifully presented and clean apartment. Nice size for 2 people. Bedroom was small but the living area more than made up for it. Kitchen was very nicely stocked with thoughtful breakfast things and the far addition of a nespresso machine. We didn’t want for anything. Check in process was very slick (once I realised the WhatsApp message I’d been sent in advance wasn’t spam). Would highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

The location was fabulous...right in the old part of town...but the spa was only available during the day and only if booked and cost was about $50 per hour. So, that information should have been listed on expedia...we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool in the evenings.

La habitacion era un horno calientee, llame y me dijeron que encenderian el aire acondicionado y fue mentira porque estaba roto y lo sabian. A mi regreso de cenar fue q me cambiaron de habitacion tarde en la noche y el AC estaba apagado en la siguiente habitacion; volvi a llamar y me dijeron que esperara, no encendió y les dije que había pagado lo que me pidieron así que esperaba que me trataran de mejor manera, a las 11 pm me dijeron que buscara otro hotel y q me fuera! Al rato aparecio la dueña” y saco un control del AC de su cartera y lo encendió finalmente!. Al otro día me cambiaron de nuevo a otra habitacion sin yo estar presente. Y pedi un masaje cuando llegue y me dijeron q era con 4 dias de antelacion la reserva y yo solo estaría 3 Dias! Horrible el mal trato y la mala experiencia y la foto del spa!??? Si no funciona mejor que la quiten. No les aconsejo que gasten su dinero en un lugar así. Gracias y lindas vacaciones a todos.
