"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...

"The best hotel I have stayed in a looooong time! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, great location , we were greeted with a glass prosecco and our laguage was taken to the reception. I highly recommend this hotel , also great breakfast! And a nice bar to sit in the evening when it rains outside.......we will definitly be back!"

"The hotel was lovely and clean with the room being cleaned everyday. The pool was in a great location and again was and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast had a good variety of different things. Great location. The only downside was the aircon in the room being a noisy old fashioned unit which wasn't effective in the heat. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
