"Josh is a great host, very easy to communicate with him and always available if we had any issues, which we did not. The backyard was our favorite with a nice shady area and plenty of seating for the 4 of us. We were close to neighbors on one side of us which had lots of kids excitedly playing in the pool and we could hear them but that didn't bother us. Nice big side yard with grass, whole back yard was fenced in too. The kitchen is a great size. We were only there for 4 nights so didn't need to use the washer/dryer but it was available and also didn't cook anything or grill out but both available. The neighborhood was very nice and I heard this was considered a very good neighborhood compared to others. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you had a large group. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bathroom in the largest bedroom then 1 bathroom for rest to share. The bathrooms are kind of small and the one off the master bedroom didn't have enough space for my parents to put their stuff (only complaint). There is a half bath just off the kitchen which was great for my elderly parents otherwise they would have had to walk up the stairs every time. We were also very close to restaurants and parks. Again, highly recommend this!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The man at the front desk was very friendly during check in and that gave us a pleasant start to our stay. We did not try the paid breakfast but would have loved complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. However we did appreciate the free waters each day. Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleeps both nights. (Although the pillows seemed pretty flat - definitely need to double up) The bed being so comfortable outweighs the flat pillows. ;) Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we come back for business."

"I don’t normally leave complaints or negative reviews, but I couldn’t let others book here without knowing what they’re getting into. The property was extremely dirty. The floors in my room appeared not to have been washed before I checked in, and the elevator had trash and debris on the floor throughout my entire stay. The lobby also had a persistent funky odor. My room was disappointing. The furniture was stained, the bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I don’t mind an older or outdated hotel, especially at a bargain price point, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this property fell short. Housekeeping never serviced my room during my stay. The towels were flimsy and barely usable, and there was no soap in the shower. The only positive was that the hand soap was actually quite nice. The complimentary breakfast was okay—nothing special, but adequate. Even for a budget hotel, this experience was disappointing. I would not stay here again."

"First of all two other members in our party having different rooms both experienced terrible pre-cleansed room service. One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. That is the first night for their experience the second night of my experience, which is actually more troubling. Was that I encountered someone having the ability to use their hotel room card scanned into their phone that there is not a fail safe to remove the security element that they still are granted access to any of the Hilton‘s rooms at two in the morning. I have not checked out yet and I had a lady walk in to my room via her phone nonchalant. No, I don’t need to go into details of what happened because it should never have happened. furthermore I did not even receive an apology phone call from the front desk for the inconvenience and making sure that I was OK. But furthermore, she wasn’t even at the correct hotel building to begin with. Therefore, the security risk and compromised situation of anyone security to their room is completely jeopardized and the whole point of having a privately secured hotel room this goes to Internet or system at firewalls having a lack of security and protocol in place for allowing such a system to have such a failure. If you were to take that example and use it in the worst of examples that could’ve happened or been a scenario it opens up."
