Vi bookede et DeLuxe værelse i den forventning om at få noget ekstra godt. Vi fik tildelt værelse 229 som ligger ud til torvet. Hyggelig udsigt men en første nat uden søvn da der bliver spillet høj musik fra caféer til langt ud på natten. Dette bør hotellet oplyse om når man booker. Yderligere trænger værelset og resten af hotellet til en grundig renovering. Vi blevet flyttet til et andet værelse (nedgraderet) hvor vi ikke kunne høre musikken. Vi blev dog nød til at slukke for aircondition da den larmede højlydt. Af mindre ting virkede TV ikke og kaffemaskine i receptionen var defekt. Morgenmaden var kaos da det var for mange mennesker og personalet havde svært ved at følge med.
