"Incredible location, clean (slightly dated, but adds to the charm) hotel! Air con worked great. Cannot complain and would definitely stay again! Parking only £10 in local shopping centre when validated by the hotel. Recommend!"

"We were very impressed with the hotel. Decor, staff and food were lovely. Spa was great and a perfect opportunity for me and my friend to catch up. Would definitely book here again had a great experience. Rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable and clean with toiletries which gave that extra special touch. 10/10 for us."

"A nice century located hotel for anything to do in the city of Chester convenient for the river and the town centre I was using it while attending Trackdays operated by Opentrack at Oulton Park. Good safe car park however there is limited underground parking but all in all a nice hotel can’t really fault it Sam for present and if you get one with a view over the racecourse you have sending views as well"

"Super comfortable bed! Quiet room with an opening window for fresh air. Some aspects were were showing their age due to the age of the structure (cracks in ceiling types of things) but updated and decor was beautiful. Great helpful staff. Close to the train station, reasonable walk to the old city center for an average fit person. Bar was beautiful but I didn't have time to stop due to sight seeing."
