"The house itself is fantastic. It is big, beautiful, and comfortable, but the way it is managed completely undermines the stay. At checkout we were suddenly asked to pay 130 in cash for cleaning even though the listing says “no hidden fees, all fees included.” That charge is hidden in a PDF after booking and never shown in the VRBO price breakdown.Basic essentials were also missing. There were no towels, no soap, no dish soap, and not enough toilet paper. When I raised this, the host explicitly responded that there is no VRBO policy requiring them to provide toilet paper. Who travels with their own towels and toilet paper for a vacation rental?The hosts were extremely difficult to deal with and even sent the cleaning lady to collect the surprise fee, which was awkward and clearly not the first time she has had to deal with it. The house itself is five stars but the way it is run is one star at best."

"My family have just spent a wonderful week at Mas de la Colle. Isabelle is very helpful and communication/directions were perfect. The house is beautifully clean. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, lots of crockery and cutlery and all sorts of cooking paraphernalia. We used the brilliant bbq alot and that had every utensil too! The swimming pool is huge and the luxury of having your own tennis court for a week is just perfect for any family. There's also petanque and table tennis. Having all these facilities at your disposal makes your holiday so easy and enjoyable, but what makes it so special is to be playing and then just looking around at the fantastic views. We loved the space and tranquility, yet you're only 10 mins drive to the LeClerc! We will be returning."

"Super stay in a wonderful villa, which was very clean, spacious, well featured,- infact it had more items than were mentioned in the "blurb"! We had a super welcome from Cédrick who explained everything that we needed to know for our holiday. Everything worked, the airconditioning was faultless and kept us as cool as we wanted, plenty of plates, dishes, cutlery etc, super huge TV with Netflix and other channels, beds were very comfortable and the pool - WAS warm, kids loved it! Thankyou Cédrick! We had a super stay and you were a super host!"
