Top Malvern Hotel Reviews
Great Malvern Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A really very attractive hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. None of that wandering up to serve yourself from the buffet. Instead a person speaks to you, writes it down and then your perfect meal appears."
The Abbey Great Malvern
8/10 Good
"Our room was clean, spacious the bed was large and very comfortable, our room had great views and whilst we had a small problem with a sticky room door, we reported it and it was dealt with very promptly. We had chosen the hotel due to its location near the Theatre as it was a very short walk. There are plentiful places to eat and coffee shops etc nearby, there is a reasonable sized car park but I imagine there might be a premium on places at the height of the season, we stopped two nights midweek at the end of September. Breakfast was self service, the hot food was refreshed regularly and was plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel."
Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"AWESOME hotel! Great staff, rooms are exquisitely appointed with color and style. Beds are SUPERB: slept better in their bed than my own lol! Will be back!"
Queens Hotel Cheltenham
8/10 Good
"Staff were friendly and very helpful when we needed to change our room for my disabled wife."
Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here for 3 nights while my husband was recuperating from being in hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful (especially as we had to make an amendment to our booking for medical reasons). The hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room. The bed was big and extremely comfortable, as were the pillows (quite rare in hotels from our experience). We ate in the restaurant on one evening and in the bar area on another and both times were very happy with the quality of food and service. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of food and drink options. Use of the spa facilities were an added bonus."
The Malvern Hills Hotel
8/10 Good
"Our stay here was relaxing. The highlight for us was that dogs in the Hotel didn't take precedence .There were restaurant and rooms set aside for none dog owners like ourselves."
