Stayed for 2 days. The room itself was clean but needed a new coffemaker. Ours was broken. Great location with a dunkin donuts and a sports bar across from the property. Breakfast options were eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins and fruits. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Kudos to Jen the assistant manager. Overall great stay will stay again next time.

Elevators were not working, and we were on the 3rd floor. The room was nice however, drawers broken, toilet paper holder snapped off, wallpaper peeling up, and looked like only half the room was vacuumed. The pool was great, and the breakfast options were outstanding.

Quiet, clean, well designed space

Really well designed rooms with plenty of outlets, a nice small kitchen (which I actually cooked in), and even a cute shelf in the entryway for keys. The first room was very noisy due to the air conditioning units on the roof of the adjoining building. Wyatt at the front desk graciously and cheerfully moved me to a room on the west side which was awesome. The new room needed some work (the deadbolt was broken) but was overall excellent.

The front desk staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean, safe and parking was easy. There was a restaurant and a Dunkin in the same parking area which was very convenient. Loved the room layout, lots of storage space and a fully equipped kitchen. Things I did not like were the amount of yelling kids running through the halls for hours at a time. This is not the hotel staff’s responsibility but just a warning to future guests, this hotel seems to be a prime location for families with sports tournaments in the area which apparently leads to a bunch of unruly kids running around in the evenings. Only other issue was a very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was satisfactory and there was a lovely outdoor area with a gas fireplace. I would stay here again solely based on the lovely staff and the spacious, affordable rooms.

Great hotel, excellent and very professional staff

My stay was great. This hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. The woman who checked us in (the lady with very short hair) was excellent. She was not at the desk when we arrived because she was helping someone else but as soon as she came back check-in was great. She deserves a promotion because she provided excellent hospitality. We were in room 218 and we had no water in the shower but I never called the front desk to ask since we were running late to our next destination and had no time to wait for it to be fixed. Maybe we just didnt know how to turn the water on since it was an accessible room. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options and the lady who checked us out was very nice as well. The pool was very cold and we could not get in but maybe is because we went there at 10pm or so. Overall the hotel cleanliness and the staff made our stay great and I would be back if I am around the area. Stay here , I am sure if you have a problem the staff will gladly help you with it. We just were in a rush and didn't ask .
