I was very surprised that when I went to breakfast they are now charging $15 to eat. The breakfast was never something to brag about and now they are getting guests to pay for it. Not a good idea but just one person’s opinion. I am sure others will start to comment

Yes, it’s historic. I understand they are doing some renovations. We stayed in a room not renovated. Bathroom sink knobs didn’t work right. Plaster and trim work falling off the walls everywhere . Bathroom sink vanity had leaked under and was dark and rotted. Room furniture missing knobs and veneer. ...

Our families had a good time staying in Steve’s house. It has a lot of activities to do with kids like fishing, paddle boat, kayak, etc. The house is clean and has everything you need. The lake view is amazing.

It had a nice personal touch. I can tell the management cares about their clients. It was very comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place away from home. I loved the mattress firmness. It was a great place. the swimming pool was ideal for everyone.
