4BR Canyon Lodge Base - Shuttle, Hot Tub & Room for 10

Bring the whole crew to Mammoth without booking separate rooms. This renovated two-level 4BR/3BA condo sleeps up to 10 and gives families and groups space to share the trip while still having room to spread out.

THE SPACE
The main level brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together beneath vaulted wood ceilings and large windows. There is a queen bedroom and full bathroom nearby. Downstairs are a king bedroom, another queen bedroom with an additional air mattress, a flexible bunk room with a twin bunk bed, double sofa bed, and two toddler beds, plus two more full bathrooms.

The kitchen is set up for real meals with full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and toaster. Gather at the oversized island and large dining table for meals, games, or planning the next mountain day.

After skiing, hiking, or biking, settle into the leather sectional for a movie or turn on the electric fireplace for atmosphere. The condo also includes in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, individual bedroom thermostats, portable and ceiling fans, board games, and storage for skis and outdoor gear.

LOCATION
Mammoth West is near Canyon Lodge, and the free town shuttle stops right outside the complex. The condo is not ski-in/ski-out. The walk to Canyon includes outdoor stairs, a hill, and sometimes icy ground, so many guests drop off people and gear at the lodge first.

SHARED AMENITIES
Guests may use Mammoth West's shared hot tub, sauna, game room, gym, seasonal heated pool, and outdoor areas when open. These facilities are managed by the HOA, so hours and availability may change due to weather, maintenance, or HOA decisions.

PARKING
Two parking spaces are included. A third vehicle is only possible with advance approval and a parking pass from the on-site manager.

GOOD TO KNOW
• This is a renovated condo in a 1970s mountain complex. Water pressure is lower than in a newer building; showers work best when the dishwasher and washing machine are not running.
• There is no air conditioning. Ceiling and portable fans are provided.
• The electric fireplace is for atmosphere and is not the condo's primary heat source.
• Mountain weather and busy weekends can affect internet and cell service. Wi-Fi calling helps inside.
• Cookware plus starter amounts of paper goods and toiletries are provided. Longer stays may need to restock.
• Mammoth is bear country. Never leave food or scented items in your vehicle.
• Guests must climb stairs.
• A motion-activated Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. No pets, parties, events, smoking, or vaping. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
