Walk to the lifts at Canyon LodgeCourchevel #37 is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom bright sunny end unit with its own private one car garage. Parking for a second car is available outside with a permit. This moderately priced unit comes with free high speed wireless internet and is located 350 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. The large open living area on the first floor above the garage includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room has a large L shaped couch, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. A freestanding wood burning stove. Free firewood is in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen including microwave. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a T. V. , the second bedroom has two twins, and the living room has a queen size sleeper couch. Children WelcomeContactless Check-in and Check-outThere are no addition cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is an additional $110.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. Also utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road closures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted. Fantastic rental for our family of 4! Cozy, vintage ski condo with everything we needed. Just a short walk to canyon lodge and even closer to the hot tub:) we had an amazing time thank you!
This apartment's location allows a short walk to and from several ski lifts. Very convenient not to worry about the car parking, while leaving it in the garage associated with the apartment.
We loved the property for 2 reasons: very convenient location for skiing access, and clean/comfortable inside. This is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed in near Canyon Lodge. The property has a 1 car garage which was great during a snowstorm and we really appreciated the timely driveway snow removal as well. The property was really nice to stay in. Thank you!
I had a great stay here! The location couldn’t be better, about a 2 min walk to Canyon Lodge. You’re right there ready to go.
The condo is incredibly clean. It’s quite spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, the bed is comfortable, heaters are effective. If you drive a full size truck or large SUV, you might not be able to fit in the garage, but there is parking for one car right in front of the unit outside.
Snow was cleared on the road each morning, too.
I’d definitely stay here in the future and recommend 100%. A new favorite spot.
Property was just as advertised. So close to the canyon lodge and cool that the Gondola goes right past the windows. Great that the bathrooms have been remodeled.
Condo was great for me, my 20-something son, and his friend. Photos and description are accurate. Many might say it needs updating, but fine for 3 guys on a hiking and skiing trip..
This condo is a very easy walk to Canyon Lodge. The place is well equipped and has everything you need. Having a garage under the unit was super convenient in a blizzard. 1 star off because the place is tired and needs a reno but I find that pretty standard in Mammoth. Would stay there again.

As an owner of an EV, we chose this property for it's value and attached 1-car garage to charge our EV (only 2 kW, i.e., "wall outet" ). It was walking distance to the gondola at Canyon Lodge for direct mountain access as well as restaurants at the Village.
Plenty of space for a family of 4, with children under 10-years-old. Kitchen was stocked appropriately. Ample towels and linens were provided. It was a short walk to the hot tub. Remote to the television was inconsistently functional but decent wifi speeds throughout the unit.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.
Great place, convenient location and comfortable. Also as an end unit it had nice window views of the surrounding area, and even the gondola running above. Bathrooms are dated and tight, but overall this was a comfortable place to stay and is very close to the pool building with jacuzzis. Our group liked it alot and enjoyed being able to walk to the lodge.
Upon stepping in, you feel the warmth and comfort of a true winter cabin (without staying in a freezing cold cabin). It’s clean and organized. The furniture is arranged perfectly where it feels and looks nice, and you don’t bump into or knock things over.
You have your own garage! That’s rare. Also, it’s super quiet and has a beautiful view of the gondolas passing by. The kitchen has all the dishes, pans, utensils, etc you need. Just make sure to bring your own condiments, oil, seasoning, etc.
We arrived in a snow storm, but the entire housing area was nicely plowed and easily accessible. Even the steps to the jacuzzi and laundry were plowed throughout the day. By the way, we were steps away from the jacuzzi (and laundry room). Literally, the closest home to them.
Remember this before looking elsewhere—the best part is, if you’re an avid skier, it’s a two-three minute walk, in ski boots, to Canyon Lodge!
